2. Local on-device storage and game progression

Cereal BRRRR! processes and stores gameplay data exclusively in private, protected app storage on your device. This encompasses your local high scores, collected and spent Cereal Rings (local in-game currency), unlocked cosmetic assets (such as bowl skins and designs), run count (completed game runs), and audio and motion settings (sound effects and reduced motion).

These data points are stored only on your device and are completely deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data in your Android system settings. Neither Stellune nor the game transmits these save states or preferences to external servers. Cereal BRRRR! operates entirely without user accounts, registration, player profiling telemetry, or cloud synchronization. Stellune itself never collects any personal game data on servers.

3. Advertising interactions and Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob)

Cereal BRRRR! integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited). Three ad formats are utilized in the game: a persistent banner at the bottom of the screen, full-screen interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads. Interstitial frequency is governed strictly locally on your device (appearing at most after every 4th finished run and with a minimum 180-second cooldown between interstitials). Optional rewarded ads (e.g., +25 Cereal Rings) only launch upon your explicit confirmation and credit the reward purely locally to your device save state.

Stellune does not collect device profiles or operate ad servers. When ad requests and displays occur, Google automatically processes and transmits technical communication data through the SDK to Google servers. This may include your IP address, device or other identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID and App Set ID), app interactions (ad views, clicks), and diagnostic data (performance metrics and crash reports) in accordance with Google's privacy policies and your consent choices.

The purpose of this processing by Google as a third-party recipient is ad serving, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and performance measurement. Rewarded ads are entirely voluntary: declining them merely foregoes the optional bonus currency, while the rest of the game remains fully playable without limitations.

4. Consent management and Privacy Options

To collect and store your advertising choices, the app employs the certified Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Players in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent dialogue prior to the first ad request, allowing them to choose between personalized or non-personalized advertising. The selected consent state is stored locally on the device.

You can reopen, review, or modify your privacy choices at any time from the in-game settings or pause menu via the Privacy Options button, or withdraw consent with effect for the future.

5. Security and device permissions

Network transmission between the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google servers is encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

Cereal BRRRR! does not request sensitive Android device permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, shared storage files, or precise GPS location.

6. Data retention and storage duration

All local gameplay data (local high scores, Cereal Rings, cosmetic unlocks, run count, audio and motion settings, and local ad counters) remains exclusively on your device until you uninstall Cereal BRRRR! or clear app storage in Android system settings. Because Stellune keeps no server copies, deleted data cannot be restored.

For data collected by Google via the Google Mobile Ads SDK (such as IP addresses, device identifiers, or diagnostic data), retention periods and deletion schedules are determined solely by Google under Google's privacy policies and statutory storage obligations. Stellune never stores this data on its own servers and makes no proprietary retention warranties for third-party systems; official Google documentation is authoritative.

7. Data subject rights and procedure for deletion requests

Under applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Procedure for access and deletion requests regarding local data: Because Stellune operates no user accounts and retains no personal data or save states on servers, Stellune holds no server data to retrieve, export, or delete. You can delete all locally stored data (high scores, Cereal Rings, cosmetic unlocks, run count, and settings) at any time directly on your device by uninstalling Cereal BRRRR! or clearing app data in Android settings (Settings > Apps > Cereal BRRRR! > Storage > Clear Data).

Procedure for advertising data and privacy contact: For device identifiers processed by Google, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads) and withdraw advertising consent at any time via the in-game Privacy Options.
