LEGAL INFORMATION
Privacy notice
This page transparently explains which data the Stellune website processes and distinguishes it from the planned Android and iOS apps currently in development.
Using the website
Profile and history functions process birth date, eye color, personality type, reading days, streaks and daily cards exclusively in the browser.
These details are stored in localStorage so the expressly requested web function continues on later visits. They are not sent to the Stellune backend and can be deleted with browser data.
Server logs
Stellune runs on server infrastructure provided by IONOS SE. Cloudflare, Inc. provides upstream reverse-proxy, security, DNS and delivery services. This may involve processing the IP address, time, requested address, referrer, transferred data volume and browser identifier.
Processing serves the secure, stable and abuse-resistant delivery of the site on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only as long as necessary for operations, troubleshooting, defence and legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymised.
Local browser storage
Profile and history functions process birth date, eye color, personality type, reading days, streaks and daily cards exclusively in the browser.
The website does not send profile or history data to the web backend. The planned Android and iOS apps are in development; any data processing will be documented here before release.
Advertising, Google services and cookies
After approval by Google, Stellune may show advertising on the home page and app information page through Google AdSense, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may process the IP address, device and browser data, referrer, page viewed and ad interactions. Cookies and comparable storage access are used only where the required consent has been given.
In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising services load through Google's certified consent management platform only after voluntary, revocable consent. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable device-storage law. Google and participating advertising partners may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States, subject to appropriate safeguards. Locally stored profile details are never sent to Google or used for ad targeting.
