Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the free Stellune website. Effective: August 2026.
1. Provider and scope
The Stellune website is provided by the operator identified in the Legal Notice. These terms apply to the website and its free functions.
Future paid services, accounts or subscriptions may be subject to additional terms presented before a contract is made.
2. Service and free access
Stellune currently provides astrology content, personal horoscopes, timing prompts, Tarot and Lenormand readings and history features free of charge.
Simply using the website creates no payment obligation. Paid offers require a separate, clearly identified order.
3. Nature of content and responsibility
Astrology, horoscopes and card readings use symbolic and interpretative methods. They are for entertainment, inspiration and personal reflection and are not objectively verifiable factual predictions.
They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Users remain responsible for decisions and should seek qualified help for matters with serious consequences.
4. Availability and development
The provider aims for reliable operation but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless expressly agreed or required by law.
Free functions may be changed, expanded or discontinued for legitimate technical, legal, security or economic reasons while reasonably considering users’ interests.
5. Local browser storage
Profile details, settings, reading days, streaks and daily cards may be stored locally in the browser. They are tied to that browser and device and are not currently synchronised.
Local data may be lost when browser data is deleted or the browser or device changes. The Privacy Policy explains processing, deletion and technically necessary storage.
6. Advertising, Google services and cookies
Stellune may be financed by advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links or partnerships. Google AdSense may be used for website advertising. Any contract for an advertised offer is solely with the relevant third party.
Accepting these terms is not consent to cookies, tracking, personalised advertising or data transfers. Optional technologies are activated only on a lawful basis and, where required, after separate, voluntary and revocable consent. Current providers, purposes and controls are shown in the Privacy Policy and consent interface.
7. Intellectual property
Stellune content, design, software, graphics and brands are protected where applicable.
Users receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the service as intended. Publication, commercial exploitation or automated extraction of substantial content requires permission unless allowed by law.
8. Acceptable use
Stellune must not be used unlawfully, fraudulently, to infringe third-party rights, spread malware, bypass safeguards or disrupt operations.
Automated mass requests, disproportionate technical access and false claims of affiliation or endorsement are prohibited. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Minors
Minors may use Stellune only as permitted by law and with guardian approval where required.
Special legal requirements apply to consent-based processing of children’s data. Accepting these terms does not replace any required privacy consent.
10. Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability, express guarantees and any liability that cannot legally be limited.
For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical loss. Other slightly negligent liability is excluded. These rules also benefit representatives and agents and do not change the statutory burden of proof.
11. Ending and restricting use
Users may stop using Stellune at any time and remove local data through browser or available deletion controls.
Functions may be reasonably restricted for material or repeated breaches or for security and legal reasons, with an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed prospectively for legitimate reasons such as changes to the service, law, technology or security requirements.
Material changes will be communicated appropriately and renewed acceptance obtained where required. Amended terms never constitute consent to new cookies, advertising, tracking or processing purposes.
13. Law and consumer protection
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers retain mandatory protection of their country of habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
Information on consumer dispute resolution is provided in the Legal Notice where required by law.
14. Final provisions
If a provision is invalid, statutory law applies in its place and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
